Au Ordinance to amend the Public Reclamations and Works Ordinance
1956.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and
consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Public Reclamations and Stort title. Works (Amendment) Ordinance 1966.
2. Paragraph (b) of subsection (2) of section 2 of the Public Amendment Reclamations and Works Ordinance 1956 (hereinafter referred to as the of section 2. principal Ordinance) is amended by the insertion, after "any loss which", (27 of 1956). of the following-

3. Section 3 of the principal Ordinance is amended-
(a) by the deletion of subsection (1) and the substitution therefor
of the following—
*(1) Where before the expiration of the period speci. fied in the notification published under section 2 any
