Subsection (3) of section 28 is amended by the deletion of the words and full stop "and shall be recoverable by the Financial Secretary in like manner as other Crown debts in respect of fees and otherwise under the Supreme Court (Summary Jurisdiction) Ordinance.", and the insertion of a full stop after the word "Crown".

(1) Subsection (2) of section 16 is amended by the deletion of the words and full stop "at the suit of the Commissioner of Police as a debt due to Govern- ment" and the substitution therefor of the words and full stop "as a debt dus to the Crown.".

(2) Subsection (4) of section 45 is amended by the deletion of the words "actions against the Government" and the sub- stitution therefor of the words "civil proceedings against the Crown".
