GOVERNMENT BUSINESS.

(1) Illegal Strikes and Lock-Outs Ordinance Charter 61.

The Attorney General to move the following resolutim :-

Resolved, pursuant to section 8 of the Illegal Strikes

and Lock-Outs Ordinance Chapter 61, that the duration of the said Ordinance be extended for the term of one year with effect from 1st January 1967.

(2) Defence Regulations (Continuation) Ordinance 1958.

The Attorney General to move the following resolution :-

Resolved, pursuant to section 6 of the Defence Regulatiore

(Continuation) Ordinance 1958, that the duration of the said Ordinance be extanded for the term of one year with effect from 1st January 1967.

(3) Societies Ordinance Chapter 151.

The Attorney General to move the following resolution ;-

Resolved, pursuant to section 26 of the Societies

Ordinance Chapter 151, that the duration of the said Ordinance be extended for the term of one year with effect from 1st January 1967.

(0) Companies (Prevention of Bvasion of the Societies

Ordinance) Ordinance 1959.

The Attorney General to move the following resolution :-

Resolved, pursuant to section 16 of the Companies

(Prevention of Evasion of the Societies Ordinance) Ordinance 1959, that the duration of the said Ordinanos be extended for the term of one year with effect from 1st January 1967.

(5) Matrimonial Coupes Bill 1966.

The Attorney General to move the First reading 4 :-

A Bill intituled: "An Ordinance to make further and. better provision in respect of the law governing matrimonial causes and for matters incidental thereto or connected therewith."

(6) Hong Kong Productivity Council Bill 1966.

(7) Hong Kong Export Credit Insurance Corporation Bill 1966,

The Financial Secretary to move the Second and Third

readings of :-

A Bill intituled:

"An Ordinance to provide for the establishment of the Hong Kong Export Oredit Insurance Corporation, and to define its powers and functions."

ADTOURNMENT.

On the motion for the adjournment Mr. Dhun J. Ruttonjee

will raise the subject of the future of the Dockyard land.
