QUESTIONS.

Mr. G.R. Ross, pursuant to notice, will ask the following

questions :-

(1) Sir, may I ask what is Government's policy regarding

typhom shelters in the harbour; when can we expect the Aldrich Bay scheme to be upgraded to Category "A" of the Public Works' programme; and abat steps have been taken to implement the Cheung Sha Wan / Stone- cuttera Ialand scheme?

(ii) In reply to my question in this Council on 28th July

last, the Hon. Director of Public Yorka stated that the Director of Marine and the Commissioner of Resettlement were in consultation over the question of boat aquattore. What steps have been taken to remove non-working craft from the shelters and to reasttle boat aquatters?

(1) Explosive Substances (imendment) Bill 1966.

The Attorney General to move the Second and Third readings of :-

A Bill intituled: "An Ordinance to amend the Explosive

Substances Ordinance."

(2) Application of English Law Bill 1966.

The Attorney General to move the Second and Third readings of :-

A Bial intituled: "An Ordinance to declare the extent

to which English law is in force in the Colony."

(3) City Hall (Amendment) Bill 1966.

Mr. K.S. Kinghom to move the Second and Third readings of :-

A Bill intituled: "An Ordinance to amend the City Hall

Ordinance 1961,"
