LEGAL AID (SCALE OF FEES) REGULATIONS 1966,

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28 of the Legal Aid Ordinance 1966, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations

1. These regulations may be cited as the Legal Aid (Scale of Citation and Fees) Regulations 1966, and shall come into operation on the day commence- appointed for the commencement of the Legal Aid Ordinance 1966. daught

CASES.

6. If a case. in respect of which legal aid has been granted, is Pees and referred to any person by a court, there shall be payable to counsel and costs fo solicitor the same fees and costs as would have been payable if the referred reference had been a proceeding in the court by which it was referred, and all proceedings in connexion with such reference shall be taxed by the court which referred them as if they were proceedings in the court.
