STAMP (AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE) REGULATIONS 1966,
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Stamp Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regula- tions--
1. These regulations may be cited as the Stamp (Amendment of Citation. Schedule) Regulations 1966.

Explanatory Note.
(This Note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general purport).
These regulations revoke the $2 stamp duty payable under the Stamp Ordin ance in respect of both import and export declarations, lodged with the Director of Commerce and Industry, relating to goods imported or exported after the Commencement of the Importation and Exportation (Registration of Imports and Exports) Regulations 1966. Charges in respect of such declarations will be pay- able under those regulations.
