Explanatory Note.

(This Note ly not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general purport).

In the interest of the safety of sircraft using Hong Kong Aimport it is decessary to restrict the height of buildings in the North Point area. Paragraph 3 of this order prescribes the heights above which buildings shall not be created The order does not affect existing structures, and paragraph 4 exempts certain buildings in respect of which building works have already been commenced,

MUSLIM CEMETERY HO MAN TIN (GRAVES REMOVAL) ORDER 1966,

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 119 of the Public Health and Urban Services Ordinance 1960, the Governor in Council has made the following order-

1. This order may be cited as the Muslim Cemetery He Man Ciuation. Tin (Graves Removal) Order 1966.

The Director of Urban Services shall cause all human remains Removal and in graves situated in that part of the Muslim Cemetery Ho Man Tin disposal of shaded pink on the plan of the cemetery which may be seen at the remains. offices of the Urban Services Department, 12th floor, Central Govern- ment Offices, West Wing, Hong Kong, or at the Cemetery Depot, Hung Hom, Kowloon, (which are all graves with years of burial prior to 1959) to be removed and re-interred in the few Cape Collinson Muslim Cemetery,
