(i) of any change of the address of the school; or

(iii) of any proposed change in the list of students or the staff of the school submitted la accordance with the provisions of clanse 1; and (5) when giving any notice referred to in paragraph (a), return this Licence to the said Authority for amendment.":

() in the form of Amateur (Sound) Station Licence--

(i) by the deletion of clause 16 of the conditions contained therein and the substitution therefor of the following-

"16. The Licensee-

(a) shall not without the consent of the Telecom- munications Authority change the address of the station:

(b) shall give notice promptly in writing to the Tele-

communications Authority-

(i) of any change of his address for corres pondence; or

(ii) of any change in the equipment mentioned in the Schedule; and

(c) shall return this Licence and the Schedule to the

Telecommunications Authority———-

(i) for amendment when any of the change mentioned in paragraph (b) have been effected;

or

(ii) when applying, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph (2), for the consent of the said Authority to change the address of the station."; and

(i) by the deletion of "THE SCHEDULE OF EMISSIONI FREQUENCY BANDS AND POWERS" and the substitution therefor of the following—

"THE SCHEDULE OF EQUIPMENT, EMISSIONS, FREQUENCY BANDS AND POWERS"";

(u) in the form of Model Control Licence, by the deletion of claust 8 of the conditions contained therein and the substitution therefor of the following-

The Licensee shall give notice promptly in writing to the Telecommunications Authority of any change of

bis address and when giving such notice shall forward this Licence to that Authority for amendment.";

(v) in the form of Electronic Industrial Machine Licence-

(i) by the deletion of the heading thereof and the substitu- tion therefor of the following heading-

"INDUSTRIAL, SCIENTIFIC AND MEDICAL

ELECTRONIC MACHINE LICENCE.":

(ii) in the last line of that part of the Licence wherein the name of the Licenses and other particulars are to be inserted, by the deletion of the words "used for industrial processes only" and the substitution therefor of the following-

"used for industrial, scientific and medical processes only”;

(iii) by the deletion of clause 3 of the conditions contained therein and the substitution therefor of the following-

"3.

(1) During the period of validity of this Licence, the Licensee shall not without the consent in writing of the Telecommunications Authority-

(a) make any alteration or addition to the apparatus

(apparati) covered by this Licence; or

(b) change the address of the place where the apparatus (apparati) is maintained and used.

(2) If at any time the Licensee wishes to make- (a) any alteration or addition mentioned in para-

graph (4) of subclause (1); or

(b) a change of address mentioned in paragraph (b)

of subclause (1),

he shall make application in writing to the Telecom- munications Authority for consent to such alteration, addition or change not less than ten days before the date on which he intends to make such alteration, addition or change. The Licensee shall, when mak- ing such application, return this Licence and the Schedule to the Telecommunications Authority for amendment in the event of the application being granted."; and

(iv) by the insertion, after clause 3 of the conditions con- tained therein, of the following new clause..

"3A. The Licensee shall give notice promptly in writing to the Telecommunications Authority of any change of
