DANGEROUS GOODS (GENERAL) (AMENDMENT)
REGULATIONS 1966.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Dangerous Goods Ordinance 1956, the Governor in Council bas made the following regulations
1. These regulations may be cited as the Dangerous Goods Ciution, (General) (Amendment) Regulations 1966.

2. Regulation 2 of the Dangerous Goods (General Regulations Amendment 1964 (hereinafter referred to as the principal regulations) is amended- of regula-
(a) by the insertion, after the definition "District Commissioner, (L.N. 14/60).
New Territories", of the following new definition-
"drums", "barrels", "casks" and "kegs" are synonymous
expressions;":
(6) by the insertion, after the definition "Secretary for Chinese
Affairs", of the following new definition-
""steel" includes iron;":
(c) in the definition "suitable", by the substitution of a semicolon
for the full stop at the end of paragraph (d) thereof; and
(d) by the insertion, after the definition “suitable", of the following
new definition-
""wood" includes plywood.".
3. Regulation 4 of the principal regulations is amended, in the Amendment proviso-
(2) by the deletion, in paragraph (c), of "or" in the second place
where it occurs,
(b) by the deletion, in paragraph (d), of the full stop and the sub-
stitution therefor of the following—
“: or": and
(c) by the insertion, after paragraph (d), of the following new para-
graph
"(e) the removal from any place of such quantity, not exceeding five thousand rounds in the aggregate or
