PLEASURE GROUNDS (AMENDMENT) (NO, 2) BY-LAWS 1965.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 109 of the Public Health and Urban Services Ordinance 1960, the Urban Council bas made the following by-laws--
1. These by-laws may be cited as the Pleasure Grounds (Amend- Citation. ment) (No, 2) By-laws 1965.
2. The Schedule to the Pleasure Grounds By-laws 1960 is Amendment amended in Part II by the deletion of item 4 and the substitution there. of Schedule. for of the following-

(i) during the period from 10 am, to 1 p.m. 00 every Saturday which is not such a general holiday. (4) on every such general bolt- day or during any period not included in paragraph (0).".

Explanatory Note.
“Secretary.
(This Note is not part of the by-laws, but is intended to indicate their general purport).
The effect of these by-laws is to make a fee of $1.50 payable for the use
of squash courts from 10a.m. to 5 pun. on Mondays to Fridays and 10 a.m. to
1
pun. on Saturdays, except when any of these days is a general boliday; and
a fee of $2.50 payable for the use of the courts on general holidays or at any time on other days outside the hours where the $1.50 fee mentioned above applies.
