produce, for inspection by any health inspector or health officer a valid certificate of vaccination against smallpox or of inoculation against the enteric group of fevers or, as the case may be, of immunization against such other disease as may be so specified, or a certified copy thereof, showing that any person employed, engaged or taking part in such business, has been so vaccinated, inoculated or immunized shall be prima facie evidence in any court of the commission by him of a contravention of the provisions of paragraph (1).".

4. Regulation 35 of the principal regulations is amended in of regulation paragraph (1) by the insertion, after "paragraph (1) of regulation

AIR ARMAMENT PRACTICE (AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULES) ORDER 1965.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the Air Arma- ment Practice Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following Order-

1. This Order may be cited as the Air Armament Practice Citation. (Amendment of Schedules) Order 1965.

2. The First Schedule to the Air Armament Practice Ordinance Deletion and (hereinafter referred to as the Ordinance) is deleted and substituted by substitution the following—

"FIRST SCHEDULE.

PRACTICE RANGE.

The effect of these regulationu iş-

(a) in respect of regulation 23-which makes it an offence for any pervoo to engage in any food business who has not been vaccinated against smallpox or inoculated against the enteric group of fevers, or immunized against any other specified disease (cholera is at present specified) –to shift the burden of proof that he has been so vaccinated, inoculated or immunized onto the person so engaged; and

(6) to prevent proprietors of food businesses employing persons therein who

have not been so vaccinated, inoculated or immunized.

Note-(1) No practice shall take place over the area hereinafter described on any Saturday or any general holiday specified in or appointed under the provisions of the Holidays Ordinance.

By a line starting at a point 100 yards cast of the coast at grid reference KV 188720 (Lat, 22° 19′ 30′′, Long, 114* 16′ 12") eastwards to grid reference KV 220720 (Lal 22° 19′ 51′′, Long, 114° 18′ 037), thence south-eastwards to grid reference KV 232704 (Lat. 22* 19′ 00′′. Long 114" 18′ 43′′) thence to grid reference KV 259693 (Lat. 22' 18' 27, Long, 114° 20′ 21"), thence south- westwards to grid reference KV 24867) (Lat 22° 17′ 23. Long. 114" 15" 46"), thence to the centre of Steep faland, grid reference KV 230661 (Lat. 22" 16" 39, Long. 114° 18′ 42′′), thence north-westwards to a point 100 yards from the coast at grid reference KV 201712 (Lal 22° 19′ 25′′, Long. 114° 16′ 58′′) thence in a northwesterly direction running 100 yards east of the coast to the starting point.".

3. The Third Schedule to the Ordinance is deleted and substituted Deletion and by the following-
