Note: (1) If more than two visits of a surveyor or surveyor to the launch are required before issue of any certificate of survey, except for first survey, the appropriate fee shall be in- creased by 1/12 in respect of each surveyor for each visit exceeding two.
(2) If the duration of any certificate of sur- vey required is for less than 12 months, the fee payable shall be 1/12 of the appropriate fee for each month, subject to a minimum fee of 3/12 thereof.
