Resolution made and passed by the Legislative Council under section 14 of the Radiation Ordinance 1957, on the 12th day of May, 1965.

Resolved, pursuant to the provisions of section 14 of the Radiation Ordinance 1957, that the following regulations made by the Radiation Board on the 30th day of January. 1965 be approved-

(a) Radiation (Control of Radioactive Substances) Regula-

tions 1965; and

(b) Radiation (Control of Irradiating Apparatus) Regulations

1965.
