RESETTLEMENT (AMENDMENT) (NO, 2)

REGULATIONS 1965.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 51 of the Resettle- ment Ordinance 1958, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations-

and cam- mencement.

1. These regulations may be cited as the Resettlement (Amend- Citation ment) (No, 2) Regulations 1965, and shall come into operation on the 1st day of July, 1965.

2. The Resettlement Regulations 1958 (hereinafter referred to Deletion and as the principal regulations) are amended by the deletion of the of Second Second Schedule and the substitution therefor of the following-
