PROBATE (ORDER OF 1941) (CANCELLATION) ORDER 1965.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 69 of the Probate and Administration Ordinance, the Chief Justice has made the follow- ing Order-

1. This Order may be cited as the Probate (Order of 1941) Citation. (Cancellation) Order 1965.

2. The Order made by the Chief Justice on the 13th day of Cancellation. October, 1941 under section 74 of the Probate Ordinance 1897 is (G.N. cancelled.
