FOREIGN JUDGMENTS (RECIPROCAL ENFORCEMENT) (APPLICATION TO THE COMMONWEALTH) ORDER 1965.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (1) of section 9 of the Foreign Judgments (Reciprocal Enforcement) Ordinance 1960,

the Governor in Council has made the following Order-

1. This Order may be cited as the Foreign Judgments (Re- Citation ciprocal Enforcement) (Application to the Commonwealth) Order 1965, and shall come into operation on the commencement of the Foreign Judgments (Reciprocal Enforcement) (Amendment) Ordinance 1964. (13 of 1964).

1. The provisions of the Foreign Judgments (Reciprocal Enforce- Application ment) Ordinance 1960 shall apply to every part of the Commonwealth of Ordinance

to Common- and to judgments obtained in the superior courts of any such part. wealth.
