Deletion and substitution of Schedule.

(c) any badge, emblem or other device which so resembles any badge, emblem or other device of the Association as to be capable of being mistakeo for such badge, emblem or other device.

(2) Any person who contravenes the provisions of this section shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on Summary conviction to a fine of one thousand dollars.".

3. The principal Ordinance is amended by the deletion of the Schedule and the substitution therefor of the following-

This printed impression has been carefully compared by me with the Bill which pussed the Legislative Council on the 24th day of November, 1965, and is found by me to be a true and correctly printed copy of the said Bill.
