An Ordinance further to amend the Medical Clinics Ordinance 1963.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Medical Clinics (Amend- ment) Ordinance 1965, and shall be deemed to have had effect as from the 1st day of January, 1964.

2. Section II of the Medical Clinics Ordinance 1963 is amended-

of section 11.

(a) in subsection (1), by the insertion, after the words "within (27 of 1963).

fourteen days of such refusal or cancellation", of the follow- ing-

"or within such further time as the Governor in Council may allow";

(b) in subsection (2), by the insertion, after the words "where there

is an appeal", of the following—

"within fourteen days from the date on which it is made”.
