(b) by the insertion, after subsection (2), of the following asw
subsection-
"(3) Nothing in this section shall apply to any radio- active substance or irradiating apparatus in transit through the Colony in any ship so long as such substance or apparatus remalos in the ship.".
3. Section 8 of the principal Ordinance is repealed.

An Ordinance to amend the Miscellaneous Licences Ordinance.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and
consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Miscellaneous Licences Short title. (Amendment) Ordinance 1965.
2. Section 2 of the Miscellaneous Licences Ordinance (hereinafter Amendment referred to as the principal Ordinance) is amended-
(a) by the deletion of paragraph (iv) of the the definition "dancing
school" and the substitution therefor of the following—
"(iv) a place used for the purpose of giving instruction in dancing where no charge whatsoever to any person resorting thereto, whether for admittance or instruc- tion, or for food or drink supplied, or otherwise, is made:":
