Bs it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Hawker Control Force Short title. (Amendment) Ordinance 1955.
2. Section 2 of the Hawker Control Force Ordinance 1960 (herein- Amendment after referred to as the principal Ordinance) is amended by the deletion of section 2. of the definition "regular gazetted police officer".
3. Section 6 of the principal Ordinance is amended---
(a) by the insertion, after the words "who shall be", of the
following-
"such person as the Governor may, from time to time, appoint or":
(b) by the deletion of the words "regular gazetted".
