An Ordinance to amend The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Cor-

poration Ordinance.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as The Hongkong and Shanghai Short tille. Banking Corporation (Amendment) Ordinance 1965.

2. Subsection (1) of section 9 of The Hongkong and Shanghai Amendment Banking Corporation Ordinance is amended by the deletion of the of section 9. commas and words " subject to the prior approval of the Governor.". (Cap. 70).
