58. The principal Ordinance is amended by the addition, after section 102, of the following new section-
"Inspection.
102A. The Director or a Government surveyor, or any person so authorized by either of them, may go on board any vessel to which the provisions of this Part apply at any time for the purpose of inspecting the same, and any person who obstructs any such inspection shall be liable to a fine of two thousand dollars.".
59. Section 104 of the principal Ordinance is amended- (a) in subsection (1), by the deletion of the words "five hundred dollars and an additional fine of fifty dollars" and the sub- stitution therefor of the following-
**two thousand dollars and an additional flue of two hundred dollars"; and
(b) in subsection (2), by the deletion of the words "one thousand dollars and an additional fine of fifty dollars" and the sub- stitution therefor of the following--
"four thousand dollars and an additional fine of four hundred dollars”.
60. Section 106 of the principal Ordinance is amended- (a) in subsection (1), by the deletion of the words "five thousand
dollars" and the substitution therefor of the following-

(8) in subsection (2)—
(i) by the deletion of the words "one thousand dollars" and the substitution therefor of the following---
