An Ordinance to amend the Telephone Ordinance 1951.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong with the advice and

consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

I. (1) This Ordinance may be cited as the Telephone (Amend. Short title ment) Ordinance 1965.

(2) Sections 2 and 3 shall be deemed to have had effect as from the 1st day of January, 1964, and sections 4 and 5 shall be deemed to bave had effect as from the 24th day of January, 1964.

2. Section 7 of the Telephone Ordinance 1951 (hereinafter re- Repeal and ferred to as the principal Ordinance) is repealed and replaced by the replacement
