An Ordinance to amend the Larceny Ordinance.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and

consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows---

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Larceny (Amendment) Short title. Ordinance, 1964.

of section 3. (Cap. 210).

2. Section 3 of the Larceny Ordinance (hereinafter referred to Amendment as the principal Ordinance) is amended in the definition "valuable security" by the insertion after the words "other security for the pay. ment of money" of the following-

"or any authority or request for the payment of money or for the delivery or transfer of goods or chattels".
