An Ordinance further to amend the Jury Ordinance.

[24th January, 1964]

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and

consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Jury (Amendment) Ordin- Sbort title, ance. 1964.

2. Section 5 of the Jury Ordinance is amended in sub-paragraph Amendment (iii) of paragraph (0) by the deletion of the semi-colon at the end thereof of section 5. and the substitution therefor of the following-

"or of the Chinese University of Hong Kong:". This printed impression has been carefully compared by me with the Bill which passed the Legislative Council on the 22nd day of January, 1964, and is found by me to be a true and correctly printed copy of the said Bill.
