An Ordinance further to amend the Road Traffic Ordinance, 1957.

BE it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and

consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Road Traffic (Amend- Short title. ment) (No. 2) Ordinance, 1964,

of section 4.

1. Section 4 of the Road Traffic Ordinance, 1957 is amended in Amendment subsection (1) by the insertion, after paragraph (a), of the following new (39 of 1937).

paragraphs-

"(aa) making registration of any class of vehicle subject to tender;

(ab) the registration of any class of vehicle at a tendered pre-

mium exclusive of registration and licence fee;"
