An Ordinance to authorize a supplementary appropriation to defray the charges of the financial year ended the 31st day of March, 1964.

WHEREAS it has become necessary to make further provision for Preamble. the public service of the Colony for the financial year ended the 31st day of March, 1964, in addition to the charge upon the revenue and other funds of the Colony authorized by the Appropriation (1963-64) Ordinance, 1963:

Now, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Supplementary Appropria- Short title. tion (1963-64) Ordinance, 1964.
