BE it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and

consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

** Section 2 of the Road Traffic Ordinance, 1957 (hereinafter Amendment

of section 2. referred to as the principal Ordinance) is amended, in subsection (2)–

(39 af 1957). (a) by the deletion of paragraph (d) and the substitution therefor

“(d) public cars, that is to say any cars, not being taxis,
