An Ordinance further to amend the Telephone Ordinance. 1951.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

and com

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Telephone (Amendment) Sbort tile Ordinance, 1964, and shall come into operation on the 24th day of fitocenient. January, 1964.

2. Section 29 of the Telephone Ordinance, 1951 (bereinafter Amendment referred to as the principal Ordinance) is amended by the deletion of of section 29. subsection (2) and the substitution therefor of the following-

(18 of 1951).

"(2) The Schedule may be amended for the purposes of subsection (1) or of section 34 by resolution of the Legislative Council".
