WHEREAS a public reclamation for the Plover Cove Water Scheme Preamble. was authorized by the Governor in Council under the Public Reclama- tions and Works Ordinance, 1956, and notification thereof was published by Gazette Notification 130 of 1964:
AND WHEREAS it is feared that works in connexion with the said undertaking may occasion loss or damage to persons cultivating pearl oysters under licences granted under the Pearl Culture (Control) Ordin- ance. 1958:
