(1) Bankruptcy (amendment) (No. 2) Rules, 1964.

The Attorney General to move the following resolution :-

Resolved, pursuant to section 113 and to subsection (1) of

section 114 of the Bankruptcy Ordinance, that the Bankruptcy (Amendment) (No. 2) Rules, 1964, made and prescribed by the Übief Justice on the 8th day of June, 1964, be approved.

(2) Supplementary Provisions for the Quarter ended 31st March, 1964.

The Financial Secretary to move the following resolution :-

Resolved that the Supplementary Provisions for the Quarter

ended 31st March, 1964, as set out in Schedula No. 4 of 1963-64, be approved.

(3) Bank Notes Issue Ordinance.

The Financial Secretary to move the following resolution :-

Resolved, pursuant to the proviso to section 5 of the Bank

Notes Issue Ordinance, Chapter 65, that this Council hereby extends the powera of all the noto-isauing banke to make, issue or re-issue and circulate notga until and including the 12th day of July, 1965.

(4) Road Traffic (Amendment) 8111, 1964+

The Attorney General to move the First reading of ;-

A Bill intituled: "An Ordinance furitur to amend the Road

Truffle Ordinance, 1957."

(5) Larceny (mendment) Bill, 1964.

The Attorney General to move the Second and Third readings of :-

A Bill intituled: "An Ordinance to amend the Larceny Ordinance.

(6) Forgery (Amendment) Bill, 1964.

The Attorney General to move the Second and Third readings of :

A Bill intituled:

"An Ordinance to amend the Forgery Ordinance.
