section 114 of the Bankruptcy Ordinance, that the Bankruptcy (amendment) Rules, 1964, made and prescribed by the Acting Chief Justice on the 18th day of March, 1964, be approved.

The Attorney General to move the folloring resolution :-
Resolved, pursuant to subsection (2) of section 17 of the
Bankruptcy Ordinance, that the Meeting of Creditors (Amendment) Rules, 1964, made by the Acting Chief Justice on the 18th day of March, 1964, be approved.

The Attorney General to move the following resolution ;-
Resolved, pursuant to subsections (1) and (3) of section 281
of the Compantsa Ordinance, that the Companies (rinding-up) (Amendment) Rules, 1964, made by the Acting Chief Justice on the 18th day of March, 1964, receive occurrence and aanotion.
(6) Companies (Fees and Percentages) (Amendment) Order, 196h.
The Attorney General to move the following resolution :-
Resolved, pursuant to subsection (3) of section 281 of the
