shall be not less than that specified by the Television Authority in Codes of Practice issued by him from time to time.
(4) Advertising material shall not be inserted in any programme of news, religious or educational matter or programmes containing such other matter as the Television Authority may specify, and the period of time between any advertisement and the beginning or end of any such programme shall be not less than the period specified by the Television Authority.
6. No advertisement for any medical preparation shall be broad- cast without the approval in writing of the Director of Medical and Health Services obtained in respect of the whole of the advertising material.
7. No advertisement of a religious or political nature or con- cerned with any industrial dispute shall be broadcast.
ILLEGAL STRIKES AND LOCK-OUTS ORDINANCE. (Chapter 61).
Resolution made and passed by the Legislative Council under section 8 of the Illegal Strikes and Lock-outs Ordinance. Chapter 61. on the 23rd day of December, 1964.
Resolved, pursuant to section 8 of the Illegal Strikes and Lock-outs Ordinance, Chapter 61, that the duration of the said Ordinance be extended for the term of one year with effect from 1st January, 1965.
