Resolution made and passed by the Legislative Council on the 2nd day of September, 1964.

RESOLVED that, in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (2) of section 5A of the Road Traffic Ordinance. 1957, para- graph (4) of regulation 15 of the Road Traffic (Taxis, Public Omnibuses and Public Cars) Regulations, 1964. be approved.
