BANKRUPTCY (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) RULES, 1964,

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 113 and by sub- section (1) of section 114 of the Bankruptcy Ordinance, the Chief Justice bas made the following rules and prescribed the following fees-

L These rules may be cited as the Bankruptcy (Amendment) Citation. (No. 2) Rules, 1964.

2 Table A of Part III of the Appendix to the Bankruptcy Rules Amendment is amended by the deletion. in item 17. of the symbol and figures of Table A "$750" and the substitution therefor of the following-

“97.50".
