BANKRUPTCY ORDINANCE. (Chapter 6).

BANKRUPTCY (AMENDMENT) RULES, 1964.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 113 and by sub- section (1) of section 114 of the Bankruptcy Ordinance, the Acting Chief Justice has made the following rules and prescribed the following fees and percentages-

1. These rules may be cited as the Bankruptcy (Amendment) Citation Rules, 1964, and shall come into operation on the 1st day of April, and com. 1964.
