FOOD BUSINESS (AMENDMENT) BY-LAWS, 1964.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 56 of the Public Health and Urban Services Ordinance, 1960, the Urban Council has made the following by-laws-
1. These by-laws may be cited as the Food Business (Amend. Cluation. ment) By-laws, 1964.
2. The Second Schedule to the Food Business By-laws, 1960, is Amendment amended by the deletion of item 9 and the substitution therefor of the of Second following-
Milk, to which the Milk By-laws, 1960, apply, other than sterilized milk approved under by-law 5(2) thereof
Made by the Urban Council this 2nd day of June, 1964.
