Resolved, pursuant to section 144 of the Public Health and Urban Services Ordinance, 1960, that the Pleasure Grounds (Amend- ment) By-laws, 1964, made by the Urban Council on the 5th day of May, 1964, under section 109 of that Ordinance, be approved.
