8. Regulation 159 of the principal regulations is amended in paragraph (5) by the deletion of the words "Subsection (1) of section 5" and the substitution therefor of the following-

10. Regulation 176 of the principal regulations is amended in paragraph (6) by the deletion of the words “Subsection (1) of section 5" and the substitution therefor of the following-

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Emergency Regulations Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the follow- ing Order-

1. This Order may be cited as the Prevention of Cholera Regula Citation. tions, 1938 (Revocation) Order, 1964.

2. The Prevention of Cholera Regulations, 1938 are revoked.
