172. In this Part, unless the context otherwise requires-

"dangerous goods" means dangerous goods of category 10.

173. (1) Every application, pursuant to any of the provisions of Applicatias section 5 of the Ordinance, for any licence to manufacture or store any dangerous goods shall be made in writing addressed to the Authority and, in the case of any application for any licence to store any such goods, shall be accompanied by two copies of a plan, as nearly as may be to scale, of the store, and every such plan shall include the following particulars-

(a) the siting of the store;

(5) the material of which it is or is to be constructed;

(c)

such other particulars, if any, as the Authority may require to be shown on the plan.

(2) Every plan submitted pursuant to the provisions of para- graph (1) shall be accompanied by a statement in writing declaring the nature of the dangerous goods to be stored and the maximum quantities thereof in respect of which the licence is required.

(3) Every plan submitted pursuant to the provisions of para- graph (1), or any modification thereof, which is approved by the Authority shall be endorsed to that effect and one copy shall be returned
