RESETTLEMENT (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1964.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 51 of the Resettle- ment Ordinance, 1958, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations.

1. These regulations may be cited as the Resettlement (Amend- Citation and ment) Regulations, 1964, and shall come into operation on the 10th day macht. of March, 1964.

2. The First Schedule to the Resettlement Regulations. 1958 Amendment (hereinafter referred to as the principal regulations) is amended, in Schedule. Form 3, by the addition at the end thereof, after the General Conditions (G.N.A.

49/38). of Tenancy in English and Chinese respectively, of the following-

"Special Condition of Tenancy of Domestic Room Type 1 D.

Where a Domestic Room Type D has been divided into—

() two Domestic Rooms Type D: and

(ii) a common space situated between the two Domestic Rooms Type D and the main door of the Domestic Room Type D.

the competent authority shall retain possession of the common

space, but shall grant the use and control thereof to the tenants of

the two Domestic Rooms Type 1 D.".
