STAMP DUTIES MANAGEMENT (FRANKING MACHINES)

(AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1964.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7B of the Stamp Duties Management Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations--

1. Those regulations may be cited as the Stamp Duties Manage. Citation. ment (Franking Machines) (Amendment) Regulations, 1964.

2. The Stamp Duties Management (Franking Machines) Regula- Amendoent tions, 1957, are amended by the deletion, in the form contained in the of Schedule. Schedule, of Note 1 and the substitution therefor of the following- (G.NA.

"Note 7. The classes in the Schedule to the Stamping and Denoting of

Docoments Regulations are as follows-

(0) Class

() Subheads (1), (4) and (7) of Head 13 (which specify certain bills of exobango and letters of credit).

(0) Head 29 (which specifies exchange contract cancella- tion notes).

(i) Head 54 (which specifies telegraphic transfer advices).

(b) Class IF

(1) Head 26 (which specifies dividend warrants).

(0) Head 32 (which specifies godown warrants).

Gi) Subhead (2) of Head 44 (which specifies insurance policies, other than life insurance policies, and renewals of such policies).

(iv) Head 48 (which specifies receipts).".
