20. Regulation 2 of the Food and Drugs (Composition and Label- ling) Regulations, 1960, is amended by the insertion, after the definition "container", of the following-

""milk" means cows milk and includes cream and separated milk but does not include dried milk, condensed milk or recon- stituted milk or buffaloes milk or goats milk.”.

This printed impression has been carefully compared by me with the Bill which passed the Legislative Council on the 23rd day of October. 1963, and is found by me to be a trus and correctly printed copy of the said Bill.

An Ordinance to amend the Summary Offences Ordinance.

[8th November, 1963.]

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

I. This Ordinance may be cited as the Summary Offences Short dik. (Amendment) Ordinance, 1963.

2. Section 9 of the Summary Offences Ordinance (hereinafter Repeal and referred to as the principal Ordinance) is repealed and replaced by the replacement

of section 9. following-

9. (1) Any person who, except under and in accord. ance with a valid current licence or permit issued by a lawful authority, occupies any land which is not hold under a Crown lease shall be guilty of an offence and, on summary conviction, shall be liable to a fine of one thousand dollars.
