An Ordinance to provide for the registration, control and inspection
of medical clinics and for purposes connected therewith.
(1st January, 1964.)
Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and
consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Medical Clinics Ordin- Short title ance, 1963, and shall come into operation on the 1st day of January, 1964.
2. In this Ordinance, unless the context otherwise requires- "clinic" means any promises used or intended to be used for the medical diagnosis or treatment of persons suffering from, or
