An Ordinance to provide for the incorporation of the Hong Kong

Conference of Youth Organizations.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and

consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Hong Kong Conference of Shart tide.

Youth Organizations Incorporation Ordinance, 1963.

2. In this Ordinance, unless the context otherwise requires— "chairman" means the chairman of the corporation appointed in accord- ance with the regulations of the Hong Kong Conference of Youth Organizations;

"the corporation" means the Hong Kong Conference of Youth Organi-

zations incorporated under section 3;

"regulations" mean the regulations of the Hong Kong Conference of Youth Organizations approved from time to time by its members for the time being in accordance with the regulations for the time being in operation.
