WHEREAS the expenditure required for the service of this Colony Preambls. for the financial year ending on the 31st day of March, 1964, has been estimated at the sum of one thousand three hundred and sixty million, forty thousand, five hundred and ten dollars:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Appropriation (1963-64) Sbort tille. Ordinance, 1963.
