20. Regulation 2 of the Food and Drugs (Composition and Label- ling) Regulations, 1960, is amended by the insertion, after the definition "container", of the following-

This printed impression has been carefully compared by me with the Bill which passed the Legislative Council on the 23rd day of October. 1963, and is found by me to be a true and correctly printed copy of the said Bill.

An Ordinance to amend the Summary Offences Ordinance.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

I. This Ordinance may be cited as the Summary Offences Short title. (Amendment) Ordinance, 1963.

2. Section 9 of the Summary Offences Ordinance (hereinafter Repeal and referred to as the principal Ordinance) is repealed and replaced by the replacement following-
