Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Crown Lands Resumption Short dille. (Amendment) Ordinance, 1963.
1 Section 6 of the Crown Lands Resumption Ordinance is Amendment amended in subsection (2) by the deletion of the words "or justice of the peace" and the substitution therefor of the following-

justice of the peace, barrister at law or solicitor”,
of section 6. (Cap. 124),
