An Ordinance to amend the Police Supervision Ordinance, 1956,

[25th April, 1963.]

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and

consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Police Supervision Short title. (Amendment) Ordinance, 1963.

2. Section 3 of the Police Supervision Ordinance, 1956 (herein Amendoet after referred to as the principal Ordinance) is amended by the addition of section 3. at the end thereof of the following new subsection—

*(5) When a court of magistrate makes a probation order in accordance with subsection (1) of section 3 of the (57 of 1956). Probation of Offenders Ordinance, 1956, in respect of a person during the currency of a police supervision order made in accordance with subsection (3) against the same person, the court or magistrate may revoke the police supervision order.".
