66. The Following standards of quality are prescribed- (a) for all intoxicating liquors, every such liquor shall possess the
aroma and flavour natural to liquor of its type; (b) for spirits-—
all spirits shall contain such proportions, if any, of volatile acidity, aldehydes, furfural, esters and higher alcohols as are natural to spirits of their type;
(ii) brandy: the spirituous liquid distilled from the wine of grapes:
cognac brandy made in the Cognac region of France from grapes grown therein:
(iii) whisky; the spirit obtained by distillation from a mash of corcal grains saccharified by the diastase of makt;
(iv) cum; the spirit distilled direct from sugar-cane products in sugar-came growing countries,
Jamaica rum: rum made in Jamaica from cane grown therein:
imitation rum; all other rum;
(v) Chinese type spirit: intoxicating spirits made by the distillation of rice, molasses or millet up to and including a strength of alcohol by volume at 60° Fahrenheit of fifty-eight per cent for rice and molasses spirit and seventy per cent for millet spirit-
rice spirit-liu pun (**), sheung ching (*) or sam ching (*);
molasses spirit—to liu pun (£#*), to sheung ching (***) or to sam chỉng (±X);
millet spirit-mow toi (*), ko loung (AR), ai fung (1), tai kook (A) or fan chow (19).
If for sale, its strength in alcohol by volume at 60o Fahrenheit shall not be less than-
(i) lin pan or to liu pur

(c) for wines—

(i) port: the fermented expressed juice of grapes grown in the Alto Douro district in the north-east of Portugal, shipped from Oporto, and wine of similar appearance from other countries or districts, which contains not less than fifteen por cent of alcohol by volume at 60° Fahrenheit;

Port shall be free from added colouring matter and preservatives other than alcohol and shall contain not less than fifteen per cent of alcohol by volume at 60° Fahrenheit; (ii) Sherry: the fermented expressed juice of the grape, the produce of Jerez (or Xeres) de la Frontera, shipped from Cadiz in Spain, and wine of similar appearance from other countries or districts which contains not less than fifteen per cent of alcohol by volume at 60° Fahrenheit.
Sherry shall be free from added colouring mater and preservatives other than alcohol and shall contain not less than fifteen per cent of alcohol by volume at 60° Fahrenheit.
67. The name of the place of origin of port not produced in the Marking of Alto Douro district in Portugal, or sherry not produced in Jerez de la certain
liquors. Frontera in Spain, shall be clearly marked on every container thereof.

68. These regulations shall apply to any goods to which this Interpreto- Ordinance applies and in these regulations relating to dealers and retailers

69. There shall be legibly and permanently marked on the outside Marking of

70. (1) Every dealer and retailer shall, to the satisfaction of the Rewilers* Director and in such form as the Director may approve, keep on his books. licensed premises-
(a) a stock book, in which he shall duly enter the quantity of all goods received, treated or sold in the licensed premises; in particular-
(i) each kind and brand of goods shall be entered under a separate head;
(i) entries shall show in each case the quantities in pounds and gallons or the number of containers or packets and their contents:
